About the Role

Karma Ventures is looking for an Asset Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations, performance, and upkeep of our real estate assets in Ahmedabad.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across tenants, vendors, service partners, and internal teams. You will play an important role in ensuring that our properties remain well-maintained, efficiently operated, and aligned with Karma Ventures’ standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties and assets.
• Manage coordination with tenants, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor property maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, and other operational requirements.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance or operational issues.
• Track service requests, repairs, preventive maintenance, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
• Support vendor onboarding, coordination, documentation, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain operational records, reports, invoices, contracts, and property-related documentation.
• Monitor operating expenses and assist with cost control and budget tracking.
• Ensure properties comply with applicable safety, operational, and facility standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for tenant requirements, property improvements, and operational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance, efficiency, tenant experience, and overall property standards.
• Prepare regular operational updates and reports for management.
• Handle urgent operational issues and coordinate timely resolution when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate operations, facility management, property management, or a similar role.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good organisational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
• Practical understanding of property maintenance and facility operations.
• Comfortable working with MS Office / Google Workspace and maintaining operational reports.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
